Payment

Coastal Culinary Creations will reserve your function date for a deposit of Five Hundred Dollars, ($500) due at the time of booking, with 40% of total payment due 10 days prior to the function and the balance due upon completion. The deposit is non-refundable to the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) Payment is based on the number of confirmed guests plus any extra guests that attend. Guaranteed guest numbers are required 10 days prior to function. Children 12 or under are 75% of menu price. Prices do not include taxes or gratuities. We accept cash or cheque.

Staff Rates

The prices include all the necessary staff to ensure the highest quality service and professional presentation.  Staff will stay until the meal has been served and cleared, and all clean up in the kitchen is complete. This generally requires a 4-hour time period. If additional service staff is required beyond this, the following rates will apply:

Attire

All staff are professionally dressed in white shirts or chef coats and black pants or skirts.

Rentals

Costs include all chafing dishes, bowls, platters, trays, serving dishes and utensils to present your meal.  Costs do not include place settings, glasses, linen or other rentals such as decorations.  We would be pleased to make arrangements through Black and White or Triple T Party Rentals to accommodate your needs.

Allergies and Special Diets

We are more than happy to accommodate guests with special diet requests or restrictions.  Please provide as much advance notice as possible, so we may plan for these considerations.
